Some might call it magic

UV/thermal dip powder with lots of shimmer throughout 

Raspberry/ pink color when room temp or cold. Magenta/but more of a purple when under UV. 
white, or very light pink when hot (over 86 degrees). light lilac color when hot under UV. 
Colors may vary. This is just the results I had when experimenting with the powder applied to a swatch.
