FAQ

 Cali Girl nail Dips FAQ

How much product comes in your jars?

All of my jars are overfilled, so you can be sure you are getting way more than .25oz! If a listing states a product in teaspoons, (such as a sample) you will get that amount from my personal set of measuring spoons, which can vary depending on the set.

Do you do returns, exchanges, or refunds?

Because of the nature of the products, and for sanitary reasons we cannot do returns or exchanges. However if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to see if we can make it right for you!

When will my order ship?

My current shipping time is set to 7-10 business days, but i do my best to get orders out within a week of the date the order was placed. That doesn't include weekends or holidays. During large releases or sales shipping times may be a little bit longer depending on order volume. Once an order is shipped it is out of our hands and the time it takes to get to you depends entirely on the postal services used.

Why does this dip look different than expected?

There are many factors that can change the way a dip looks. Liquids used is huge. Some dips will look different depending on if you use dip or gel liquids. For example, your foil swatch may look different, because dip liquids tend to make foils bleed more. In addition to that, application technique is a big factor, as well as background, camera and lighting all can play a big factor in how a color looks.

Why does this dip seem chunky?

Some dips have different consistencies because of products used to make them. For example, glow, thermal, and UV dips can seem thicker or chunkier than normal because the products used to make those effects happen can tend to affect the make up of the powder when added. I also sometimes see the consistency change with certain types of glitter added.

Why doesn't my glow dip powder glow?

Some glow pigments/powders need UV activation. Others can be activated by inside lights or flashlights. If your glow dip isn't glowing, be sure to try out one of these "charging' methods mentioned to get them shining bright!
