apricot kernel oil
Jojoba oil
Avocado oil
Meadowfoam seed oil
Vitamin E and
Hemp oil

Or a perfume oil rollerball. 
which is a blend of fractionated coconut oil, and skin safe fragrance oil. 

Both are sold in a 10ml glass rollerball applicator.
